Differential analysis of fish meal substitution with two soybean meals on juvenile pearl gentian grouper

Fermented soybean meal and protein concentrate are products of that have been processed physically or biologically, their use as an alternative to fish results in a significant reduction the effects anti-nutritional factors (ANFs) on aquatic species. Replacing with fermented can meet high requirements carnivorous while effectively reducing aquaculture costs; however, excessive substitution also cause economic losses. In this study, we used transcriptome sequencing investigate impacts growth physiology pearl gentian grouper ( Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀ × lanceolatus ♂ ) juveniles examine mechanisms by which impair intestinal condition fish. Originally weighed 12.55 ± 0.06 g, selected groupers were categorised into three treatment groups: one group was fed meal-based diets (FM, control group), meal- concentrate-based (SPC40) (FSBM40), same crude fat content all diets.
